Plateau
For the last week i have been alternating between 139-140lbs. I haven't be particulatly good but i don't want to be totally restricted.
Today i have had Slice of Roast Beef, Boiled Egg (white only) Peas, Cauliflower and Carrot and Swede. - somwehere around the 500 cal mark at maximum.
Tonight however it is just me and my boyfriend home and there is ben and jerrys in the freezer. How do i say know while he's eating it (i am not going to stop him enjoying himself jsut because i want to loose weight)
What do i eat for dinner? it needs to be 500 calories or less, but again it's not fair to him. If he wants lasagne he should get lasagne. I think i'll opt for a weightwatcher meal. How do people live on a 500 calorie a day diets. I used to but i know how bad it is for you and i'm too weak minded to say no now. Think we will be on different meals tonight. I want to make a pudding for after but don't know if i'll get the light weight options in my local supermarket as it's not that big.
anyway rant over, If at first you don't suceed try and try again. I will be 137lbs by this time next week.

Goal 1 Reached
About 4 Years ago i weighed about 147lbs if not more. I got down to 128lbs, which i guess was too skinny for me because i couldn't maintain it. I did not and still do not want to get down to 120lbs. I have stayed around the 133lbs mark without trying too much, i would be good for a few days when i felt bloated and i excercised twice a week at the gym. I met my boyfriend 18 months ago and quickly became complaicent and both of us put weight on. I felt like i was back at 147lbs but when i weight my self it was never more than 143lbs. My clothes felt tight again and i felt uncomfortable so i decided i was going to diet again never with much success. I have just had my 21st birthday and a holiday in france and i went away 141lbs, i felt better thought just for having eaten healty for a few days. When i came back it took me a week and a half to get into things and i felt again up near the 147 mark, when i weighed myself however i was 141lbs. I had a few days of being good, and on the first day i really didn't eat much at all so i could kick start my diet, i always feel better when i've got through the first day. Friday Night i met my friend i hadn't seen since christmas and went to the carnival, i had a doughnut and cheesy chips for dinner, but i'd been good during the day. Last night i knew i was having a chinese (my boyfriend was treating my family) and i picked up some old school tart for pudding. I enjoyed every bit of it, again during the day i had been good. I weighed myself this morning to see what the damage. 139lbs. I had acheived goal 1! I had broken in to the 9 stone bracket. Still i had enjoyed myself.
Today i have eaten a bagel with cheese spread on it - a total of 183 calories
a clip it box filled with 15g of nesquik cereal - 58 calories
I plan on having Peas, carrots, egg white and a slice of lamb for dinner. - 300 calories
A total of: 541 calories
I dont have to starve all the time to loose weight. Hallelujah!
My final goal is to be somewhere between 128 - 130 by the 16th September - My sister's 18th Birthday and the theme is moulin rouge. I go on holiday on the 23rd September to Florida and also want to feel good then. I aim to come back of holiday no heavier than 135lbs, which is why i'm aiming for lower than 133lbs in the first place.
It's 7 weeks so i need to loose 1.2 - 1.6lbs a week, this is a managable rate i think. But my first aim is be set comfortably in the 9 stone bracket.

Goal 1 - June 11th
My goal was to be 128lbs by June 11th. I have been binging and eating frequently for the last week but i have finally finished my period so weighed myself and im 129lbs. That means i have 3 days to loose 1lb, it should be acheivable.
I'm going on a hash on tuesday.
I never thought i'd make my goal but now i think i can.
The Next Goal is 124lbs by the 1st July.
Goal 3 - 120lbs by 18th July - my birthday.

My body fat percentage is roughly 18.2%
Is this good or bad?
In order to maintain my weight (129lbs) i would have to have an intake of 2225 calories day.
So in order to loose im going to stick to 1200-1800 a day.
I should excersice 2 or 3 times a day for 20-30 mins.
My problem areas are my hips, thighs, bum.
There is nothing wrong with my weight so i am not going to crash diet i am going to eat close to the gda in calories.
My problem is the fat in my problem areas. I am not going to to get obsessed but i am going to eat things that i know are lower in Sat Fat. This means chocolate, cheese and crisps are a one off treat.
I am really positive about this now.
